Inspiration: I was inspired to create this painting to represent how we can all drive ourselves crazy thinking about the same problems over and over again and replaying the same situations over and over again in our heads. Often times we can be our own worst enemies when it comes to living in the past and thinking obsessively about our future. Doing so creates anxiety and fear within our present lives and that can cause us to become distracted from the work that currently needs to get done in order to move our life’s forward in a positive manner. Let this painting be a reminder that you are in control of your mind, and you don’t need to allow the negative thoughts to win.
